A darker golden, naturally sweet honey with a smooth, rich flavor gathered from the blossoms and wild plants surrounding a local Hudson Valley farm.
Our honey comes from bees homed at Fishkill Farms in East Fishkill, New York, where they forage among apple, peach, and pear trees, sunflowers, vegetables, wildflowers, and other plants growing across and around the farm. Raw and unfiltered, each jar captures a little taste of the landscape the bees call home.
Drizzle it over toast, stir it into tea, pair it with yogurt and fruit, or add a touch of natural sweetness to your everyday recipes.
