Timeframe for Refund Requests
If you experience an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package. After this window, we may be unable to process a refund or replacement.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our herbal and food-based products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Opened or used items

Change of mind

Late claims (after 7 days of delivery)

Items marked as final sale or discounted
Wearable items (shirts, totes, etc.) may be eligible for exchange or refund only if they arrive damaged or misprinted. Custom-printed items are not refundable unless there is a production issue.
Full or Partial Refunds
In most cases, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. However, in some cases (e.g., partial order issues), we may offer a partial refund or store credit instead.
Replacements
If you'd prefer a replacement item rather than a refund, let us know — we’re happy to work with you to make it right whenever possible.
