To make our favorite barberry infusion, place 2 tablespoons of Glowy Roots’ premium dried barberries in a mug or cup (10-14 oz is suggested). Rinse them gently, then add hot water and cover the top. Let the berries steep overnight to release their full flavor and benefits.
In the morning, enjoy the drink chilled or at room temperature.
